Coaching Solutions Incorporated (CSI) was established in 2020 as a Sports Coaching and management company, based in Johannesburg, due to a need that existed particularly in the schools market.

CSI provides and recruits coaches and referees/ umpires for schools. These coaches are both of a high quality but cost effective for schools.

As a previous Physical Education teacher and sports coordinator, the gap between coaches and the level of coaching in schools showed a need for this market.

With over 150 coaches on our database, ranging from beginner level to provincial coaches, CSI has the capacity to pair coaches and schools appropriately to their mutual benefit.
