To create a sports coaching company to provide quality coaches to schools
To create a base for sports coaching clinics and school staff development
To empower staff to be able to coach a variety of sports
To create an academy system whereby talented individuals are identified at a young age and encouraged to have one on one sessions to reach their full potential

To provide opportunities for coaches to impart knowledge and help develop children in their chosen sport
To provide schools with good quality, cost effective coaches and officials
To create a holistic development program for schools and children to grow in Physical activity and sport.
